We felt that all of the staff were friendly and attentive, with the exception of a few experiences at the International Café.
There are laundry services, you can choose from press-only or professional cleaning for a nominal fee. Your clothes will be returned in 48 hours, unless you pay 50% more for the express service.
Passengers staying in suites, and Elite Captain’s Circle members, get to enjoy complimentary laundry and professional cleaning, with an extra charge for express service.
There are self-service laundrettes about the ship for significantly less money. They stock laundry products, for a charge and irons.
