Jacques Pepín (Executive chef of the Marina) plans the menus for the entire ship, but the restaurant Jacques is his pet project, where he delivers the kind of meals he would like to make. As you walk in, your appetite will be teased by delicious animals roasting rotisserie style behind a glass display.
