Freedom Day Spa

This spa felt small for a ship of this size.

The treatment rooms on the Freedom of the Seas are located on deck 12 (forward). They are arranged in a half circle and would all have a nice view of the wide ocean—if not for the curtains that are in place on all the outside rooms. All rooms are equipped with the usual massage beds, sink, and wax and lotion products. There is a resting room with complimentary orange juice, tea, and water located behind the reception area where everybody has to wait for their spa treatments.

Freedom of the Seas’ spa offers a wide range of massages, from aroma stone to reflexology to couple’s massages for $119 to $269. Other treatments include acupuncture, a variety of facials (e.g. Collagen or Hydralift), and body tune-up therapies, like cellulite reductions, cheek lifts, and teeth whitening. Men can get special treatments too, such as an express shave, grooming, facials and beard trims. Prices range from $95 to $265.

At Freedom’s hair salon you can get a phyto hair treatment for ultra dry hair, or color guard for $29 to $49. Of course, you can also get a hair cut or style and/or color or highlights priced from $39 to $109. Men’s cuts are $35. The hair salon also offers manicures from $45, nail fixings for $15, and waxing (from brow to bikini) for $19 to $75 for hairy backs.
