Cabins
The largest ship in the Fred. Olsen cadre, the Balmoral can fit up to 1,300 passengers on its nine passenger decks. The theme is Scottish, with restaurants named after Scottish salmon rivers, a pub designed to be like your local, and accompanying music and art. Activities are definitely structured for an older crowd, the kids should stay at home for this one. The restaurants provide a gourmet level of food, but variety is lacking as all three formal restaurants serve from the same ala carte menu.
